Every GRIT Courts project is backed by a comprehensive workmanship warranty. If something fails due to our work, we make it right.
What's covered
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that result from our installation. This includes structural integrity, proper drainage, coating adhesion, hardware function, and any other aspect of the build that doesn't perform as specified.
Warranty terms vary by service type and component. Base structures and concrete work carry longer terms than surface coatings, which are subject to wear from use and weather. Equipment warranties (such as simulator hardware) are backed by the manufacturer.

What's not covered
- Damage from improper maintenance or neglect
- Surface wear from normal use (fading, scuffing, or minor cracking in coatings)
- Damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, or extreme weather events
- Modifications or repairs performed by others after our work is complete
- Issues arising from site conditions beyond our control (soil movement, subsurface water, etc.)
How to request service
If you believe a covered issue has occurred, contact us with photos and a description of the problem. We'll assess the situation and schedule a site visit if needed.
Most warranty claims are resolved within 2–4 weeks of initial contact, depending on weather and scheduling. Emergency issues (safety hazards or significant playability loss) are prioritized.
Keep your warranty active
Regular maintenance extends the life of your court and ensures warranty coverage remains valid. Clean surfaces regularly, address drainage issues promptly, and avoid using harsh chemicals or equipment that can damage coatings.
